Welcome to FocusBrew. By downloading, installing, or using the FocusBrew mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FocusBrew is a task management application designed for individuals with ADHD. The App provides tools including task creation, focus timers, AI-powered task breakdown, speech-to-text input, and gamification features.
FocusBrew is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FocusBrew. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of FocusBrew Premium. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. All billing inquiries related to charges should be directed to Apple.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
You retain full ownership of all tasks, notes, and content you create in FocusBrew. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

FocusBrew includes AI-powered features (task breakdown) and speech-to-text functionality. These features are provided "as is" and may not always produce perfect results.
AI suggestions are meant to assist, not replace, your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting or modifying any AI-generated content.
We strive to keep FocusBrew available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Significant changes to functionality will be communicated through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusBrew and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may stop using FocusBrew and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
